New DelhiTMC's jab at Prime Minister ModiOn Saturday, July 1, the Trinamool Congress called Prime Minister Narendra Modi the head of the "largest opposition parties" and stated that the BJP is "opposed to" maintaining federalism, fostering democracy, and keeping prices under control.
This follows PM Modi's harsh criticism of the opposition parties during his rally in Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh, today.
These days, social media posts from opposition parties that wish to unite are going viral. Referring to the Opposition's June 23 meeting in Patna, the Prime Minister stated at the rally, "These opposition parties are only uniting to promote dynastic politics."
TMC reactsTMC MP Derek O'Brien responded to PM Modi by claiming that the BJP is the "largest opposition party" and that they are not "opposition parties."

In order to devise a plan to remove the BJP government from power at the national level in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, more than fifteen political parties attended the meeting.
Congress, AAP, NCP, SP, Shiv Sena (UBT), PDP, NC, and other parties participated in the meeting. The opposition's next meeting, originally scheduled for Shimla, will now take place on July 13 and 14 in Bengaluru.
