Today, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar called a meeting at his home in Patna that brought together the leaders of more than fifteen political parties. Congress president Mallikajun Kharge, Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi, KC Venugopal, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal were among the leaders who attended the meeting.

The Aam Aadmi Party's "provocative statements," including the one from yesterday in which the party asked the grand old party to clarify its position on the Center's ordinance, were brought to the meeting by Congress president Kharge.
Kharge questioned AAP about their provocative remarks made just one day before the meeting. According to sources, Kharge was carrying a number of paper clippings.
According to sources, KC Venugopal said, "You cannot put the Gun on the head."
The grand old party stated that the ordinance issue will be discussed once the Parliament session starts, despite Congress acknowledging that the AAP has consistently attended opposition meetings and participated in parliamentary deliberations.
It's a significant issue, according to Arvind Kejriwal. According to sources, he was not as combative during the meeting as the party's later statement claimed.

Twelve of the fifteen parties that attended the like-minded party gathering in Patna are represented in the Rajya Sabha, according to the AAP.
