Delhi, New Delhi:Following the discovery of numerous infractions during the film's production by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) officials, the producers of Dhurandhar 2 are now facing additional difficulties. Officials claim that there were multiple instances of rules violations on set. In one case, food was cooked using a gas cylinder. In another, the shooting site was altered without alerting the police.
In response to these incidents, representatives from BMC's A Ward have recommended in writing to the Deputy Municipal Commissioner that the studio in question be placed on a blacklist. The request has not yet been fulfilled.
This is not the first problem associated with the film's production. The use of a drone on Aditya Dhar's Dhurandhar 2 set had previously been the subject of a complaint from Mumbai Police.
Even as authorities await more action on the issue, the developments have now placed a greater level of scrutiny on the JioStudios-produced movie.
The story is still evolving.
